Yep, Al closed the range at Mantua. The fire hazard in this area is just about as bad as they come.So, don't go off into the booneys to shoot, there's as much risk of fire there as at the range (Maybe more). And the State will make you pay the cost of putting out the fire -- that could get mighty expensive. If you can't get to Impact Guns, or another range to shoot, keep working on the dry-firing exercises. Ust the "cross" that I wrote about earlier. Keep your basic skills up to speed. Of course, you can load, but after the 1,000th round even that gets a littke boring when you can't shoot. But knowing the basic skills of position, sight picture, sight alignment, trigger control , and breath control are being even more
engrained as habits in your shooting can give you a sense of accomplishment.
So, make the most of the time you would normally be shooting, and you'll be surprised how much better a shot you are when Al re-opens the range.
