Only registered members of BEWF(inc) may advertise in the "want ads". "The rules" are in place by existing Federal and State regulations which are too numerous to list here. If you don't know if you can sell or buy a particular firearm to or from someone, just ask in the Q&A section. Someone will answer. Laughing
