It appears that the U. S. Supreme Court approves the "Right to Keep and Bear Arms" in the Heller vs Washington DC case, but the split was 5-4, the usural Constitutional vs liberal split. It means the fight ain't over yet.

Then, get the latest NRA-ILA newsletter, and downloar the 157 page report as a PDF. then, calll the reports up as a PDF using Adobe Reader, and (I think i'ts in "view", you can have the report talk to you. It's not fast, but it is fun.

Haven't been to the range yet, seems Martha gets to the hospitals faster than I can to the range. I'll keep on trying, but in the meantime, I'll be at Impact Arms on 1900 West, Ogden, shooting the 45 Kimber, or the other 45 Auto's I've accumulated since my rifle eye crapped out.
